Очень все понравилось . Шикарный вид с тихим местечком , не дают шуметь проживающим .

非常好的一家酒店。因為是淡季，人不多，店家給了單獨別墅裡的房間，很安靜。還有洗衣機冰箱。餐廳的工作人員也熱情有禮，食物很新鮮。壁爐暖烘烘的待著很舒服。

Odadaki banyo tam bi fiyaskoydu içeri girdik ve önceki misafirden kalan banyo çöpleri ile doluydu çöpler, duş kirliydi , duş küflüydü. duşta inanılmaz derecede bileğimize kadar su birikiyordu, resepsiyona söylediğimizde isterseniz gidin gibi kaba bir tavırla karşılaştık odanın banyo problemini bizim zorumuzla düzelttiler. Girişte vale ve otopark hizmeti varmış ama bize girişte bu söylenmediği için yan otelin önüne doğru park etmeye çalıştık o otelin görevlileriyle tartışma yaşadık. Tripe yazdık durumu ama iptal edilemez rezervasyon olduğu için çok geç cevap aldık bu yüzden kalmak zorunda kaldık çünkü tüm ücreti ödemiştik. Çıkışta adisyona ek kahvaltı yazmışlar (ki ödediğimiz ücret oda kahvaltı ücretiydi) fark etmesek fazla ücret alacaklardı. Kahvaltıda çok bir çeşit yok standart. Plajı güzel ama çok yokuşlu ve merdivenli. İnsanlar sabah erken ve gece geç saatte havlu bıraktığı için yer bulma sorunu oluyor. Plajda servis elemanı çok az. Öğle yemeği standart pek öyle lezzetli bi menü beklemeyin. Çok çocuk var ve sesli kalabalık bir otel hep masalarda plajda yer problemi var ağustos sonu için konuşuyorum. Genel olarak oda temizliğinden ve hizmetten memnun kalmadık. Çok dağınık bi otel, odadan plaja plajdan odağa giderken merdiven çıkmaktan inanılmaz yorulduk. Belinde fıtık olan bi insanım çok zorlandım diyebilirim. Sadece Manzarası yeri güzel resimlere inanınca rezervasyon yaptık ama birdaha tercih edeceğimizi düşünmüyoruz. Kaşta bu fiyata çok daha iyi bir otelde kalabilirsiniz.

Потрясающий отель с шикарными видами и морем, номер у нас был огромный с видом на море, тихий и спокойный, обслуживание потрясающее, спасибо за отличный отпуск

What a disappointment, on arrival the reception (entrance was very untidy and dirty) with a cat on the sideboard eating off of a plate from the restaurant) The receptionist was not concerned about this,, he proceeded to take us (my friend and myself) which we asked if he could help us with our luggage, as was not offered,. The room was fabulous in size with great looking beds and super quality bedding. We asked him to open the balcony door, he could not, he said he would get someone to attend to it, I went into the bathroom NO where to put tooth brush ect so small,,,,, after flushing the toilet, it stuck on flush and could not be released, my friend called the your receptionist who proceeded to come to the room and said we need to move rooms as the toilet and door could not be fixed, as they had already been reported and we were told that the parts had not been received to fix the problems, (WHY ALLOCATE A ROOM KNOWING THAT IT HAD ISSUES)? We moved rooms, same amazing view with fabulous mattresses and quality bedding, but still windows and bathroom were NOT clean,,,,,, Not to disappoint ourselves as we were only there for 2 nights, and wanted to make the most of the views and private swimming area,, Breakfast the next morning was a disaster,,,,, CATS everywhere, all the staff were playing with them then bringing food out to the display,,,,The CATS were so used to being inside the restaurant that each time a door was opened they jumped in,,,, as staff were sitting in a lounge area of the restaurant eating the breakfast as a guest and feeding the cats,,,,, the staff thought it was quite amusing that WE did not appreciate the animals were we eat,,,, We were offered room cleaning, on opening the door, there were 2 people a man and a women, one of them had been perspiring so bad the odor was so overpowering we said NO thank you,,,,,, On departure, the same young man was in the reception area NO smile, NO did you enjoy your stay, NO thank you for your custom, just will you fill in our customer service questionnaire,,,,,, we declined, OVERALL minus's,,,,,,, Service, Staff, Cleanliness, Quality of the Hotel (TERRIBLE) OVERALL plus's,,,,,, Location, VIEWS, private swimming area, Mattress's, QUALITY OF BEDDING Would I go back,,,,, NO, and I am an avid traveller of mature years,,,,Living in Turkey at the moment so aware of the way here,,,, BIG shame as I can imagine in the correct Management with the training of quality staff, the Hotel WOULD BE AMAZNING

真的很垃圾，酒店的人不講理，房間漏水這麼離譜的事都有，而且沒有熱水，態度很差，還撒謊不退錢

很不錯，餐廳就在海邊，景色宜人，早晚餐也還不錯。推薦。
