酒店建築太棒了 竟然超然福利偶遇到酒店建築師阪茂大師 妥妥的普利茲克大師風範 還遇到一批大師粉 芬蘭的帥帥*** couple 美國的建築師一家三口 新加坡的設計愛好者 😄😄 酒店接待的古典派帥哥 讓我挪不開眼 英文説的好聽到不相信是日本人 可惜週末就休息了 沒有再遇到 食物簡直太美 讓我想到那首“在小小的花園裡 哇呀哇呀我” 酒品豐富 侍酒師專業棒棒的 總之 超值之旅

除了貴，沒有毛病，環境很棒，服務很好。

徒有其表 適合冤大頭 酒店設計國內輕奢民宿水平 基本沒什麼設施和服務 這個價格和提供的服務不成正比。 例: 從輕井澤站打車到酒店3300日元 讓酒店幫你叫車5000日元，真的是醉了。

員工親切有禮又殷勤，酒店食物早餐晚餐也很好。酒店到景點位置大概步行20分鐘便可，相當方便。不論是酒店房間，用餐環境還是common area…都相當滿意，給我舒適寧靜的享受。

酒店有共 3 棟，我們住在3號樓，非常新，室內是品質感非常好木色，室外是有高級感的黑色，體驗到了森林日式木屋的極簡之美，感歎於每個細節的匠心和精緻。早餐在 1 號樓，很美味，服務非常熱情細心。酒店有多處公共空間，我們主要在3 號樓2層的三個公共空間閲讀和品茶。 白天和家人漫步森林，20 分鐘可以到星野溫泉，好便宜，50 人民幣。偶遇路人彈奏鋼琴，小朋友也彈奏一曲，美好的體驗。星野溫泉附近有很多餐廳和咖啡廳，很舒適。輕井澤帶狗出行人的遠大於帶娃的，狗狗都非常精緻可愛，很不一樣的慢節奏的生活。

整體很好，服務好！ 酒店位於半山上，非常美的設計和環境。 唯一遺憾就是訂房網站預訂時我標註了兩張床的房間，到了之後發現是一張大床，衹能跟朋友尷尬同床。

房間沒有礦泉水和燒水壺，沒有牙膏，餐食和酒不錯👍，細節很講究，審美不錯👍。

非常好的體驗，建築也很貼切和溫馨

I mean, the place is alright. Nice design on the houses (we stayed in house no. 1) and the staff are friendly and attentive. There’s a lack of amenities here so it’s more like sharing a house rather than being at a resort/hotel – you won’t find a gym or swimming pool, etc. not much to do in the area besides eat and walk around. 1-2 nights is enough. The room rate itself isn’t terrible but the restaurant on site is VERY expensive and they will charge you for absolutely everything that they can including extra breakfast items that you’ll surely need because the free breakfast is a tiny amount of food. They’ll also charge you for late checkout, which they will ask for a full room rate for with a 30% discount even if you only want to check out 1 hour later… we found that to be a bit cheeky. Try the unique cheese fondue place in the area. Interesting and great in the cold weather.
