Room was suffocating and mattress was pathetic, extremely unfortunate. Food was good though. They should work on mattress quality and bed sheets

I have asked for the tax invoice clearly mentioning room rent and taxes. It is still not provided. Everyone is passing the ball. Mmt says hotel will give and hotel is saying mmt will give.

Hotel vivaan, karnal stay was very comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were neat and clean. Executive room was spacious and bathrooms was clean. The food was very good and suitable for less oily food like we preferred.

Room wall was seepage and was bit smelly, suggested them to renovate as needed, now it’s up to them either they are serious about that or not.
