恩格爾酒店 (Stadthotel Engel)

酒店是大名鼎鼎的埃特林根鋼琴比賽組委會首批推薦酒店，因為離主辦方很近。但是此酒店在附近的酒店中屬於沒有空調的房間。我們因不知情，在訂房網站上定了6晚；入住的時候告知附近有施工，無法休息。晚上因為炎熱當晚無法入睡。因為要比賽所以我們衹有換酒店。就無奈就選擇了提前離店。恩格爾酒店拒絕協商，直接就收我們百分之90的後面5晚房費，請問酒店你們還有天理嗎？歐洲遇到這麼長時間高溫天氣，所以620人民幣一晚的酒店在豪華間的配備上居然不作為，況且後面每晚我都查詢到因為酒店的位置比較好，我們退給酒店的5晚房間他們已經順利高價售出，請問還有這麼沒有良心的酒店方嗎？？？現在依然不協商？ 我們定的酒店價格還可以當天早上5點及時退房的，即便有什麼問題，那也衹影響6號當晚的銷售，為什麼酒店會把客戶的3000塊一起扣收呢？ 酒店並沒有做到服務 當天入住後沒有空調，反而有很大噪音，酒店認為跟他們無關。也毫無歉意！這個酒店的服務在哪裡？

If we could give this hotel a review of 10/5 we would. We stayed for an extended time (16 days) and during that time we experienced the best and friendliest service. The reception staff was always friendly and cheerful. Everyone was ready to help with any question we had. Breakfast was amazing. The selection was terrific. And every morning we were greeted by the pleasant and happy staff. One staff member told me she loves her job. Who doesn't want to stay in a hotel where the staff love working? Several days my mother who travelled with me was ill and the staff made it so easy for me to take breakfast to her in the room. The room was terrific. We requested the accessible room and were not disappointed. Despite Ettlingen not being the most wheelchair friendly, Stadthotel Engel had every accessibility need addressed. The front entrance has no stairs. They have an elevator that stops at the breakfast room level. The bathroom in our room was wheelchair friendly with a raised toilet, fully accessible shower, and vanity that could accommodate a wheelchair underneath. We did not have a wheelchair but my mother has a walker which requires many of the same accommodations. The room has air conditioning for those who are concerned about that. The location is amazing. From the hotel you are directly in the old city and can walk to many stores, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel entrance is located in an inside court area where there are tables that can be enjoyed during the nice weather.
