很新的連鎖酒店，旁邊的建築還在施工，設施很齊全，房間內的裝潢也很現代化，浴室水壓很足，淋浴很舒適。255號雙人間的浴室門稍微密封有些問題，淋浴時會溢水到浴室地板上，期望可以修復。

Sehr schönes Hotel, super modern. Beim Check in dauerte es sehr lange, die Schlange war schon ziemlich lang bis endlich mal eine zweite Person an die Rezeption kam. Später am Abend haben wir uns unten eine Flasche Wasser gekauft - 6 Euro für 1 Liter stilles Wasser sorry ist einfach zu teuer - sind damit dann aufs Zimmer und mussten feststellen, dass es nicht mal Gläser auf dem Zimmer gab. Also zwei Gläser gehören meiner Meinung nach zur Grundausstattung und eine Flasche Wasser auch.

Am Vortag eröffnetes Hotel daher an der ein oder anderen Ecke noch Bauatmosphäre, besonders draußen. Lage in unattraktivem Gewerbe-Mischgebiet, mit Auto gut zu erreichen, zur nächsten Straßenbahn sind es ca. 300m. Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind modern und chic, das Frühstück hat uns auch in der Art der Präsentation und bez. der Auswahl gefallen. In dem gebuchten Hipster Studio kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, praktisch sind auch Bluetooth-Lautsprecher für das Smartphone. Allerdings hat das Hipster Studio sicher nicht die aufgeführten 32qm! Überwiegend freundliches Personal. Zusammenfassend hat es uns gut gefallen, aktuell auch gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

No possibility to cancel reservation. I clicked the wrong date on the spot with 訂房網站.com. no customer service by mail. I wrote a letter of complaint. It was neglected. The case goes to court!
