房間乾淨環境很好

Sebenernya hotelnya bagus, cuma dapat bad experience aja untuk pertama kali inap disini, aku pesan dinner romantic langsung ke cp hotel ini, aku pastikan private dan gak sharing sama orang lain. Tapi kenyataannya ZONK. Di hari H udah check in gak dikasih tau kalau ada organ tunggal mau nyanyi juga dekat kolam. Dikasih taunya udah H-berapa jam. Serius, udah bayar mahal2 malah jadi keburu2, mana diliatin banyak orang, kadonya juga se adanya kayanya baru nyiapin hari itu, padahal udah booking DINNER ROMANTICNYA DR JAUH JAUH HARI. Lumayan juga harganya 1jt tapi kalo pelayannya begitu 😥 mulai jam 19.00 - 21.00 katanya, tapitbtb di cepetin jam 17.00-19.00 hadeh. Kalo gak saya bilang gak terima bakalan kekeuh dinner di jam 17.00 pdhl sebelumnya bilang jam 19.00. Tapi selain itu, okelah, untung aja menjual view laut. Mohon di perbaiki layanan ya. Saya cuma kecewa yang harusnya dpt momment dinner romantic, malah jd ajang diliatin orang, mau foto2 juga banyak orang lalu lalang lewat. Dinner nya jadin cuma 1 jam dan malah minta dibawa ke kamar aja sisanya. Sayang bgt kalo harus bayar 1jt begitu

Tempatnya bersih pelayanan memuaskan.sarapannya enak

Not recommended to stay because amenities not complete, no bellboy, wifi was bad , except the view and the receptionist was nice.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed, I booked 4 rooms for me, family and friends . First time I’ve write worst review because What happened to us is really unacceptable. First the staff gave the rooms to us without checking it properly whether the rooms are clean , in a good condition, all set or not ! They gave room to my friend with the cracked window and broken AC , the air conditioner wasn’t cold at all, was too hot instead. If we didn’t complain they will just close an eye and leave it. Second the standard room was like a cave no window super stuffy while in 訂房網站.com said some rooms have window on that type of room but the staff refused to give us the rooms with the window . Third I noticed that they don’t change the bed sheet and covers of my brother room when they clean his room while we stayed for 4 days there can you imagine how dirty it is. especially they have 2 kids in that room. I upgraded My room to sea view room I expected my room with sea view but what I got is pool and restaurant view also the toilet paper in the washroom was almost finish which mean they didn’t change the toilet paper after the guests check out very unhygienic . Also no hanger in the wardrobe and when I asked the hanger they gave me rusty hanger. The management is very bad. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit karimun jawa .

Aksesnya menuju hotel kurang baik

Only downside was the water pressure. The view was great but if I were with someone romantic I wouldnt take the executive room but the romantic room or whatever it is called as the view was quite narrow. Enjoyed the pool, the beach and the food although slightly expensive it was convenient. Snorkeling tour was quite expensive though and they had one full face snorkeling mask which didn't work well for us. I would consider another place like kumujan divers next door maybe.
