Menerima perkhidmatan yang baik daripada pihak hotel, kemudahan yang sungguh mudah, tiada makanan disediakan tetapi terdapat banyak pilihan makanan di sekitar hotel di pasar Kapit.

Convenience location with nearby bank (Maybank) and food outlet (KFC). It also has attached/internal halal food cafe (Rahmat_2) that serve local cuisine (fried noodle, rice). The counter service is very friendly.
