We booked a family suite. The room was very big and spacious. There was no power issue today, and the air conditioner was very cold. The bed and toilet were very clean. The receptionist, Mr. Raj, was super friendly and helpful. Our friend even extended the stay for another two nights. Economical, clean, and convenient.

oklah cuma kwasan hotel nmpak suram dan paling tak best hotel ni xsesuai utk solo travel sbb grab ssah nak dpat loc walaupun sbelh je ngan shopping mall tp kena trun bukit bru dpat transpot , lagi 1 overall bilik besar selesa tpi tak best sbb bilik tak soundproof

1. Got an unprepared room during check-in 2. Got assigned to a new room with water heater not working 3. Next day, construction drilling right above our head from 9-2:30pm. Same goes for the third day. 4. Contact the hotel manager on both construction destructive day. Hotel manager was rude and didn't offer us any solution, no room change, no compensation for all the problem caused. If you planning to stay here, just bear in mind that the service and attitude by both staff and manager is unprofessional. Hotel in bad shape too.

The place is still in construction and the location is quite difficult to find.. it wasnt what i’ve been expected from the picture shown in apps.. the water heater wasnt functioning. The door knob has broken.. i think the management should complete the work before open for guest.
