フロントの方の対応は良かったですが、ホテルではないです。病室のようです。人気のコンサートのある日程だったので安くもなくビックリした。こちらのサイトに掲載されている客室畫像とは全く別物でWi-Fiも繋がらない。チェックインして部屋に入って考えたけど、5日間の滯在は無理と思って別のホテルに移動した。返金はされないようですが、掲載情報と相違點ある事についてはいかがなものかと思います。殘念です。

地點近巨蛋站，附近也很近便利店和夜市，方便在巨蛋看演唱會後需要休息的人，房間比較舊，要求了雙人床，但其實只是將兩張雙人床拼著。

本次入住的高雄酒店地理位置優越，鄰近高雄巨蛋站，對於依賴捷運出行的旅客來說非常方便，是主要的優點。服務人員態度有禮，辦理入住迅速。基本設備如浴室熱水充足、雪櫃製冷效果十分好（甚至能冰凍雪條），這點令人滿意，因許多酒店的冰箱冷藏能力確實不足。然而，酒店設施較為簡陋，公共區域與房間內有一些黴味或陳舊氣味，需自行準備空氣清新劑處理。此外，入住房型缺少浴簾，淋浴時容易水花四濺；位於天台的洗衣機也未能使用，對長住旅客略有不便。小插曲：退房時才得知酒店正舉辦推廣活動，入住即可參加抽獎，頭獎竟是保時捷跑車！雖然結果要等到次年聖誕節才公佈，但這意外的驚喜確實為住宿增添了一絲趣味（或許也有人會為了抽獎而來？😂）。

The young women at the front desk had the best customer service one could ever expect. They helped me with many things. I was disappointed at the higher price, the hotel itself does not have the value charged aside from the excellent customer service. For example the shower wasnt a shower it was very difficult to operate no shower curtain, very high off ground makes it a bit slippery to exit. The room was bare of furniture to place bags on. The furniture that was in the room was worn and heavily usedb The bathroom reminded me of a double wide trailer manufactured home you would see in the USA. But the customer service was amazing.......and not just because of the pretty face, they actually were amazing.

電梯有點小，設施看起來有點老舊，裝潢也是很有年代感，房間和廁所算是非常乾淨，空間也很大，但沒什麼擺設顯得有點空曠。冷氣還蠻無感的。

It’s a bit outdated for the bedroom floor and toilet. Good thing is there are water bottles in my 2 x double bed family room. Ground floor nothing special, wifi internet speed is slow but acceptable for normal usage. also there is a water fountain for refills at the same floor of where I stay. Noise- not exceptionally noise proof but seems ok for a good sleep (depends on your neighbour). 3 small bedsides for 2 double bed is ok. Amenities included toothbrushes and shower and hair shampoo gel. Location very convenient to the main road for food/transport. Overall experience is ok for a 3-stars hotel.

酒店在宣傳要提升至五星酒店，不清楚是否是傳統意義上的五星級酒店概念，應該不是。房間床底根本經年沒有打掃🧹極其汙穢。能夠保持三星級酒店已經不錯了，不要指盼五星吧。酒店WiFi形同虛設，無法上網，在前台租借的WiFi設備才解決問題。地點很方便，推薦附近兩家餐飲店。
