Room service was very good. Staff was polite and prompt. Cleanliness was was also good. Mr abhay singh at reception was very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent as food street and metro station are few at steps. Maintanence and upgrade of hotel seems overdue, shows omers reluctant in this.

Hotel is old, that why furniture, design and other setup need renovation in next 3-5 years. Overall it was good, not able to get slipper, comb, lotion, shoe shiner but dental kit (babool)
