The rooms are very old and give a shabby appearance. Although the breakfast is ok but the rooms are not good ..also there is no door bell

It was a good experience. Everything was good . Staff was very cooperative. Location is too good in Civil Lines area.

no socket in the room was working, after escalating to the reception, they haven't said , we ignored and later on in the evening when we again asked to see the issue they said the technician must have visited, they need our validation instead of checking them with their team . super poor service , at the time of checking we have been told that wifi is working since it's a business 訂房網站 , we need wifi which was working at the reception but when we checked in its not working, we escalated the issue and the same answer has been given . I would not recommend this hotel at all and will never book this again. STRICT NO TO LITTLE CHEF HOTEL

The property was nice and easy to commute. Even as a new and an unknown city, I felt so safe with the people around. From the security guard to the receptionist to the manager and the House keepers, everyone were warm, helping and cooperative. The food was expensive as compared to what was served, however the staff their were welcoming. Overall a very good experience and I am certain to choose this same hotel in all my upcoming visits

A beautiful treasure in Civil Lines Kanpur with Spacious Rooms, Beautiful fixtures and aesthetically build & well maintained property. Loved staying in the Little Chef everytime.
