Location is good Breakfast is good Room and bathroom are clean Only issue is that inspite of booking a super deluxe room the bathroom is very small the door almost touches the WC and its very difficult to enter the bathing area.

Stayed for one night. Great experience. The room was well furnished. Everything you needed was there. Well maintained. Top class. The furniture was what you expect in a higher star hotel. Bathroom fittings were also premium. Again very clean and maintained. Not easy to find flaws. The breakfast was also excellent and better than what we expected. The service was excellent. You ask for it and you get it. Room service menu was with very reasonable prices. We only had sweet corn soup and it was very refreshing. They use fresh ingredients. Only cons we saw. Hotel is not a very large hotel. Some rooms do not have any window which is not really a con but we prefer to stay in a room with a wondow. They promptly changed it when we asked.

Excellent stay and helpful staff however water allowance per person is half litre a day which should be made minimum 1 litre a day.

Execllent and a very comfortable stay at the best western bliss kanpur. Staff is very polite and absolutely helping. Execllent hotel will definitely stay the next time as well and recommed for staying at this place in kanpur.

The hotel is a fraud denied check inn, inspite of showing aadhar. I am sure due to marriage season they gave the room to someone else. Even the gm was not courteous nor willing to listen to us i think mmt should black list this hotel
