the checkin was denied. hotel had clearly given booked rooms to walk in customers at higher price. mmt experience is pathetic. we have been chasing for more than 8 days for refund and while hotel clearly said refund should be done, Mmt is taking ages to resolve

Lack of cleanliness, amenities, even towel provided after requesting. They switch off ac from their end frequently, lift doesn't go down up to ground floor, and sometimes not working i had to climb down from 4th floor multiple times using stare case. Very low maintenance

Hotel didnt allow checkin at 2am midnight time. We had to suffer at night with family to find anther accomodation and mmt team also didnt help

very bad hotel. Rooms are not as shown in photos. Bathrooms dirty and taps broken. Linens and towels were dirty. No complimentary water. Rooms are charged highly, but the rooms are not of the value above Rs. 600. I booked Luxury and executive rooms but the rooms look like lodge rooms. No cleanliness. stinky rooms. I advice not to book this room at any cost. No value for money.

Property location is good also staff behaviour is great even rooms are clean but the bed sheet was little dirty and food taste was not good.

Hotel is in main market area and conveyance is easily available for commute. Rooms are spacious. Food was really good. Cleanliness and staff behavior was also upto the mark. Although toiletries are limited to sope and shampoo.

Tv didn’t work, wi-fi didn’t work, when u asked for towel, the guy gave me a wet towel. Insane service. The beds were not clean up to the mark it shown on pictures. The only good thing about it is food was amazing

Hygiene is baseline issue, although the management tried its best to provide us with clean sheets and quilt. Washroom was clean, had issue with geyser which was promptly repaired. Bottled drinking water was charged.
