Food- was good location- is good close to kankavli market amenties- poor. Not well maintained services- poor service. Rooms, bedsheet and toilets not well mai tained

I booked 3 rooms expecting basic amenities. But the pool was full of frogs, there was no jacuzzi, no spa, and absolutely no maintenance. Honestly, I don't care what the hotel says I paid for amenities that weren't provided and could have easily booked a cheaper hotel if all I needed was a bed. WORST!!

No coordination among staff. They charged me for food bill which i didn't ordered. I booked for complementary breakfast but they are also charging for same. Thanks to a lady receptionist who handled all things in right way.

It was a pathetic service given by the management. We had a short circuit in our room no. 302 at around 10pm which was reported to the front desk. After our booking with make my 訂房網站 we had upgraded the room for roadside view. After short circuit had requested for same type of room but instead had to face arrogant behavior of general manager mr. Bhat. The service is too bad & arrogant. Would never be suggesting this place.
