酒店位置有些尷尬，離下面的mcleod需要打車，離上面徒步的triund也需要打車，兩頭不靠。設施算齊全，收費公道。

rooms are really very messy ,no intercom working,no water cattle,no milk and sugar bags in room. no immediate response if called for something. only food is good.

The hotel is overall good, though cleaning still lacks as the mattress are not that clean. We asked for a room change because of a mold smell, and the staff was courteous and changed our room to our request to a room with balcony. Location is great at the heart of bhagsu which is really great.

We didn't stayed here because full hotel was empty not a single tourist wasn't staying there when we reached and secondly in the name of staff only 2-3 boys were there to welcome us thirdly when we had reached there full hotel was in a dark mode as it seems they didn't have a power backup in there hotel in case if electricity is gone & last but not least from the perspective of security & safety it didn't look safer especially when you are going to stay with family.

Very fine hotel. Excellent value for money. Staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Location is excellent. Everything is available within walking distance.
