The hotel is in a very calm and quiet location with ample parking space. The staff is super cooperative and they will cater to all your needs on time. There is a beautiful view in front of the hotel. The property is super clean and hygienic.

Hotel location was very good. Amenities were good, staff was polite and rooms were comfortable and clean. Food was also very good.

I booked a superior room with balcony. To my surprise and new learning the hotel staff gave me a balcony room which had the view of the adjacent hotel. According to them, it had a balcony though without a view which did not mattered to them. The reason i got from the hotel staff was that i booked through mm t and hence they did not reserve any room. I anyways was forced to stay in that room as they did not have any option. Later on escalating, my room was shifted however that experience wasn't good enough either as the room had no cleanliness, no water. After escalating to mmt, a refund of rs. 2500 was promised which i did not get either till now.

The hotel is situated at a very convenient location near to main market of mcleodganj, has its own parking. The owner is very amiable and room service was prompt and staff was very courteous. The best part is food, whether it was breakfast or dinner the taste was authentic as per the dish and very delicious. Last but not the least they have the best view of mountain peaks from roof top restaurant. A memorable stay.
