A very calm and comfortable palace with very supportive and gentle staff, who make our stay really royal. Excellent food and very very cooperative staff.

It's a case what could have been a great property. Poorly managed. Location is nice but... Bathrooms are old n jaded. Toilet bowls, shower all defective n not clean. Gardens not maintained Breakfast horrible Imagine they refused to prepare fresh Parathas Overall poorly maintained. Short staffed. Petty mentality

Pporly managed and maintained what would otherwise have been a great property. Its a heritage building and great location but its terribly maintained. They sell you a large room in the name of suite. The bathrooms are terrible. Bed mattress are long overdue for change. Greens are shoddily maintained. Food is pedestrian breakfast is horrible terrible experience stay away

I have stayed in welcome heritage properties and most of them are comfortable, clean and decent. I never expect luxurious stays here . But being welcome heritage property one is assured about cleanliness and courtesy. As soon as we entered the property the electricity went off . Anyways the lights were on soon enough as we entered our rooms. We had three rooms for five ppl. Bathrooms were dirty with hair on the floor . My daughter’s bathroom and ours had leakage too. Staff was rude and food was not upto the mark. A wedding had taken place and all the place a complete mess. The grounds were not at all kept in good condition. They served us very reluctantly. Next day as we were checking out they gave us a guided tour of the palace and surprisingly the tour guide was very nice and made us feel welcome in the property . But too late and too little I guess .

The staff is very good, courteous and helpful. There are a few shortcomings as under. 1. General area and lawns are shabby and not maintained. The trees and shrubs need pruning and beautification. 2. Amenities like swimming pool and badminton court etc are non-functional. 3. Tv functionality was a problem, every-time help had to be sought. 4. Hot water was also an issue. Every-time 2 to 3 bucketfuls needed to be thrown before hot water flowed from the taps. 5. Staff was very nice and good. 6. Food was good.

Quaint place, peaceful and calm, very nice rooms and heritage can be seen. The food was good, the staff were very polite and nice. The place is in need of renovation

Location is good. We can rate as 3 star property for sure. But food is not that good. Paid a good amount for breakfast buffet & lunch. Not worth the food.
