Everything was clean and the stay was comfortable. The restroom was my only issue. The exhaust fan wasn't functioning, and there was no hand wash available for use after using the restroom. The light switches were too far from the bed, and the television was present but completely unrecharged.

The hotel is located very close to norbulingka institute. The property is neat, clean and the rooms are well-furnished. The staff is also very courteous. The views from the rooms are amazing. Definitely great value for money.

"a big noo" the hotel manager rupali" is so unprofessional and didn't listen to you or any of your concern. The location of the hotel is too far from the main chowk and you will not be able to find any eating outlet there. You have to walk approx a 1km outside to get any transport. It's totally located in outskirts. So better to see the place first before paying upfront as we lose one day of money as rupali (hotel manager) denied to return any amount

currently staying in Buddha house. I booked a superior room with balcony n mountain view. had been asking for a room in higher floor but the lady kept on saying higher floors are more rate which I don't understand bcoz the one I booked are the highest price. the room's false ceiling wood panel came chipping off n fell on my head. the fan makes a sound with the false ceiling. there is a burnt smell. everytime I switch on the fan. I would have got a better room with same price in other hotel.
