Great location, one of the best hotels I have stayed in India. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, well maintaind. Guests can use the fitness center and swimming pool for free. Food was excellent, various dishes from Asian to continental. We will definitely visit again.

Well maintained property with great service. Breakfast buffet could have been better in terms of number of items and the taste too. The items we chose from alacarte menu were good especially dahi kebabs. The heated pool was soothing.

Utterly unprofessional hotel. Bed sheet and quilt cover were used ones from the previous customer. Hotel is in the city and not amid-st the tea garden. Highly disappointing experience.

The hotel has a lovely view of the tea garden estate. We have taken a suite room, but the washroom is too small, not very well maintained, and requires maintenance. Overall, the room is okay. The food is not great, and the quality and preparation require a lot of improvement.

Location 5 out of 5 star. Amenities 5 out of 5 star. Food i can say 4 out of 5 star. Must stay property. What a view. Most amazing about this property is you see snow mountains and tea garden from balcony just mesmerising view. And indoor and heated swimming pool is cheery on the top. Me and my family had a great time.

Property location is very nice and the view from the room is also nice. But since it is not a branded property it doesn’t match the standards in terms of amenities, its mire like a conventional hotel. Food is tasty.
