Hotel room is in very bad condition. The paint in the room was also in bad condition. The pillow n mattress provided were substandard. Not only that even the reception has no idea about my booking through mmt. We checked out immediately in early morning.

Hotel sky blue nagrota is lacking in service delivery and especially kitchen and dining is not hygienic. Flies observed roaming around the food served. Even tea is not served with complimentary breakfast which was a fixed amount of only one portion of bread.
