It was a very terrible stau for us at Katson castle.. Although we have booked castle premium but the services they provided were horrible. Fan , electric kettle, geysers and even intercoms all were not in working position. Internet was not working,tv was not operative. We have to go again and again at the reception for enquiry. We asked for 2 extra pillows which we couldn't get till the check out time.Saddest part was not even one person was responding. Horrible experience.

Stay location was good and people are generous but lacking cleanliness. I requested for early checkin by 4 hours but the staff took 3hours to provide the room.

It was a pleasant stay with Katson Castle.Room was clean, great mountain view. All staffs were very helpful..Hotel Manager Mr. Manish has personally looked after our stay and we are very happy with the stay in Katson.. Recommended!!

The experience was wonderful. All the amenities were provided to us in a good way.! The hotel staff was welcoming and helping. They stayed up late night for the checkin. Also, they went beyond to create memorable 訂房網站 for us by providing everything as required. Moreover, the check out process was also smooth. The restaurant was good in preparation. The scenic view of the hotel is commendable. The staff even made our stay comfortable by providing baby food. The pool area, play area gym were all hygienic and cleaned well.

I stayed at hotel katson castle, dharmashala ***** with my family in may’24. The property is quite new and very well maintained. The rooms were quite clean and hygenic. The staff is courteous and was constantly looking for ways to make my stay pleasant. Special mention and thanks to gm of the property mr. Manish thakur who personally ensured the booked ipl match tickets were collected in timely manner from hp-ca ground and also for ensuring my stay was a memorable one.
