we booked for early checkin,after argument he allowed that.receptionist was not helpful.despite written already for heater it is chargeable.they only provide room service for their hotel.they won't help you get food or anything on online order.their menu price is overrated and food too is not of that quality.most of the things in the menu was unavailable.it was just an average experience.if you are only in desperate needs,than only book this property.

we had a wonderful stay at highland village resort. the hospitality here is exceptional—everyone is very kind, supportive, and always willing to help. a special thanks to neelam for her thoughtfulness and assistance throughout our stay. the rooms are spacious, well-ventilated, and comfortable. i traveled with my parents and son, and they thoroughly enjoyed the extra leisure facilities such as the pool table, swimming pool, and the beautifully maintained garden space, which was a definite plus. since we traveled by car, we were pleased to find ample parking available on-site. my dad especially loved the breakfast, which felt like a warm, homely meal. overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience. we look forward to visiting again!

Location is nice it's truly village stay. Food is tasty. Amenities good and clean room and spacious. Swimming pool is also there with small garden.

Water pool : when resort or hotel having swimming pool, it's mandatory to maintain to water quantity. Very dirty water. Room : 3 star category, but bath rool not cleaning every month. I am mentioned every month because spider web in the bathroom. Food : two employees in room service and restaurant. Both serving and same cooked as well one of them. Property is a three star category. Advantage is the swimming pool it has. It is a privilege to have a property with swimming pool in a hilly area. Food is average,. Most of the room does not have air-conditioner. Give substantial amount only for air conditioner, very unprofessional.

Dear owner your property is so beautiful but the staff and the management of your property is worst especially at night. No service available like food and didn't received phone after evening. Expired product were given in complimentary. Need to wait too much if we ordered anything to eat after it was my and my family, friends worst experience to stay in this hotel without food, services. I booked 5 room for my family and friends for 2 days but no service available in these two days.

Great experience ! well maintained property and extremely polite staff. Stay memorable as a stayed 1 night. Rooms are spacious. Pool is also clean especially the spacious greenery gardens surrounded by hotel loved walking distance norbulinka monastery
