Please don’t recommend this hotel for stey lot of cockroaches bad smell. U people have to check the premises before enter in ur app. Plz try to maintain standard of ur app. Being in service for 25 years , ur maintaining these kind of standards. Try to maintain standard standards

Bakya hotel is very good and reasonable hotel for family members. Food was very good for pure vegetarian person. Staff is cooperative. Hotel location is very nice 👍

The owner was very disrespectful towards us. He wrongly blamed us for missing towels. Later it was found in room itself. Also he demanded extra money for blood stains on the bedsheet. It was actually a mark of mosquito killed. What are we supposed to do if there are mosquitos in the room . It is logical to kill a mosquito.

worst management, no proper maintenance. treating guests in a very disrespected way. after checkin i noticed some mark on the bedsheet and i just ignored. while check out they are blaming me and charged 500 rupees extra for changing the entire bed sheet that for small mark even I'm not responsible for that.
