It was the worst stay that we ever experienced in our traveling days.the rooms where old , all items where damaged, poor room service, no breakfast was given that we have paid for... it was terrible. I would not recommend the hotel to stay.I need my refund for the food

Location is near by airport .no food and after paying for complementary breakfast ,they were not ready to provide the same even lot many restaurants were available at nearby location.No Tv and not provided the booked facilities as small room instead of booked delux room and no drinking water.veru unpleasant stay and hotel staff behaving also not good

Condition of room found very dirty and fare was so high, even speed of wi-fi also very down. In this price we can find many hotels

It was an average stay. As they have mentioned in the package with complimentary breakfast but the hotel doesn't have the facility to provide that complimentary breakfast.

I had booked two rooms in saibala inn from 13th september to 14 th september 2024 for one night stay and had even called the hotel for confirmation of the same. After i had booked the hotel, i realised that booked rooms were not upto my expectations for which i had called the hotel. The person who picked up the call had assured me to provide me the rooms as per the requirement once we reach there. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that the booking had been cancel-led by the hotel staff at 12:30 pm on 13th september. When we confronted them by saying that there was no prior intimation sent to us about cancellation of our booking, the hotel staff argued that it was communication failure from the side of makemy訂房網站 and thus started playing blame games. I even called the number through which i called the night before for enquiry abt my booking. But the person who had attended the call yesterday disconnected the call without even taking note of our issue. This was quite shocking and pathetic behaviour from the hotel side given our arrival at the hotel at late night considering the fact that two ladies were there in our group. We were made to stand on the road with our luggage amid-st the mosquito bites feeling disgusted. This is my sincere request to makemy訂房網站 to take note of this and ensure that proper communication is made to the customer regarding any cancellations made about their booking by the hotels considering unavailability of the rooms and accordingly penalise such hotels so that this is not repeated in future.

They did not redund and said no rooms available. They forwarded us to other sub class hotel with double charged.
