    燈光昏暗，服務慢，語言不通，葯膏洗面奶丟了也找不回來，估計是被服務人員拿走了。

    После тяжелого треккинга в Черапунджи и 8-ми часового переезда (суммарно) из Мегхалаи данный отель стал настоящим подарком! Замечательная кухня, караоке-бар, бариста на первом этаже; вежливый и профессиональный персонал. Единственное, далековато, конечно, до Брахмапутры (даже если бы не пробки, не успели бы на вечерний круиз добраться). Но дальше путь лежал в Казирангу, так что не критично. А отель хороший - когда привезу семью в Ассам, остановимся здесь! Удачи вам и процветания!

    Room - nice and comfortable washroom - has plumbing issues in-room dining - very ordinary quality breakfast - decent location - good

    The room was not cleaned.The towels seemed unwashed and were very dirty. The bed linens were full of hair and when complaint, they changed the linens which were worst and caused us terrible allergies immediately after 5mins of sitting on it. It was one of the worst stay ever.

    As i checked out saturday early morning at 6:00 am, can i get refund for 1 night and day as my booking was till sunday 19 april. Swimming pool was dirty

    Room was too old, poorly maintained, missing furniture which was available in other room of same category, broken ceiling and walls, bathroom was too small. In terms of food - worst taste. In breakfast, no option of customized egg preparation

    I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Lilly. The ambiance was pleasant, the rooms were clean, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The amenities provided were excellent, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, there was a bit of confusion regarding visitor policies. When I called before my stay, I was informed that visitors were not allowed, but during my stay, I came to know that visitors were actually permitted until 9 PM. A little more clarity on this policy upfront would have been helpful. Overall, I had a great time at the hotel and would recommend it to others, but I suggest confirming policies directly with the staff to avoid any miscommunication.
