As per Tarrif the room was not good. I got little smell. Property should be clean and well coloured which was not seen there. I was given a room where the belocony door was cracked .not safety at all. Anyone can enter from outside the balcony. Latter I have changed the room

Rooms were not bad as it was new but they were not organized, perhaps distracted by an event in the club. Not a typical staying place as its rooms in a club and club seems more a focus. Noisy because of event. Restaurant was ill-prepared to handle guests.

Stay was ok. Rooms were good . Hotel staff are very good and co operative, Nice ambience. But the Need to improve the quality of food in breakfast. Complimentary Breakfast was not at all good. Packed Juice which they were serving was of expired date. Swimming pool was very dirty. Spa was not available. Quality of the food served in the restaurant was also not very good.

1. Fooding is very costly. 2. We are go there for peace n calm but it's totally opposite very shouted and disturbance area by other guest. 3. No security check. 4. At parking area car not safe. I put my review average for clean and staff polite behaviour. They are very well. Lastly i wish you to go ahead become a bright future in tourisim. Thanks

Had a terrible stay with the worst experience ever. Be it room service or staff way of speaking with the guest over phone. Got 3 different reception numbers from different staff. Waited in the reception for several minutes to get our luggage from our room, and finally we ourselves went to the room to bring our luggage

Staying in club nirvana was homely, the staff were good, polite and customer friendly. Everything in the room was in order keeping in mind of giving best hospitality. I liked it a lot. Recommended
