Nice place to healing surronding by nature. Calm and relax with peace. Friendly staffs, room clean, good facilities and everything are good here. No Tv in the room but its ok if you really want to healing and enjoy the nature. Recommended place.

We enjoyed our stay there. Everything was great. The scenery was stunning. Swimming pool with natural water directly from the natural mountain river. So cool. A hot spring is very nice and good for relaxing our body. Food is quite pricey but delicious. Nice place for healing with family. My children (9 and 7 years old) were having fun and enjoying it so much. Cons: Need extra payment RM120 per night for 2 of my children. Quite disappointed because it was not mentioned before on the website. Overall, a very good stay and worth it.

It was truly a refreshing and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the resort manager, Mr Chong, made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Despite it being peak season with high occupancy, and our arrival late in the evening, he took great pride in personally showing us around the resort and its beautiful surroundings, including the Raja Brooke butterfly habitat. He also shared fascinating stories about the property and even kept us in suspense about why there were virtually no mosquitoes around the resort despite the presence of large fish ponds—a mystery that was only revealed to us the following morning at breakfast! The resort itself is beautifully maintained—clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed to blend with nature. I especially enjoyed soaking in the hot spring pools, swimming in the refreshing mountain spring water pool, and spending quiet moments feeding the fish with complimentary fish food provided by the resort. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat. It is an excellent and peaceful escape from the city, offering a chance to reconnect with nature and unwind completely. The only minor drawback is that the access road can be challenging, but the experience is well worth the journey.
