員工很友善也很幫忙，每天滑雪完回旅館都出來迎接我們並幫忙拿我們的雪具，我們詢問宅急便雪具到機場的事情，員工立即與宅急便聯繫並幫我們跟進。 旅館很舒適，房間也很大，溫泉也不錯！只是衞生打掃要加強一點，在打掃房間日回去時，地上還見到有灰塵。有足夠停車位，最好駕車前往附近好像沒看到公車站。

看了一下這間溫泉旅館的介紹，材木榮屋旅館曾經是伐木場的旅館，原是木材批發商，已有100多年的歷史。 整個溫泉飯店用了大量的原木裝潢、建造，很有特色。我住的單人房 很新，也很乾淨。 早餐是套餐，另有供應味噌湯、茶水、飲料等。以這樣的價位 很超值。 因為沒有shuttle bus, 從上之山溫泉車站到材木榮屋需步行約15分鐘。

This was a spur of the moment booking. I had a second night booked in another city but I did not want to stay another day. I prefer onsen ryokans and I stumbled upon this and booked on a whim. Turns out the city itself is a must see in Yamagata. It became one of my favorite towns in Japan thus far. The inn is simple but very nice. The staff are welcoming, the baths are enjoyable, the room is clean, and the location is perfect for seeing the best parts of the city. Staying here turned what was about to be a wasted day into one of the most memorable of this 訂房網站!

Very recommended this place so nice,clean and comfortable. I will definitely come here again if I visit Kaminoyama onsen.

お風呂は客室には無く、大浴場で、23時に閉まります。 どうやらビジネスホテルのような形の新館と元々ある旅館の本館とで別のようです 內裝は新しくて綺麗でした。 駅からかなり近いのですが、雪が積もってしまい周辺はそこまで歩行者用道路がなくタクシーを呼びました。 雪の降らない県に住んで居ると慣れないため、気をつけた方が良いかもしれません

貴重な體験をさせていただき嬉しかったです。 やはり山形は親戚だし、優しい人が沢山いると実感しました。1泊じゃなく最初から居たかったです。またの機會に長く滯在したいし、親戚や両親も連れて行きゆっくりしたいなと思うお宿でした。 ありがとうございました^_^
