Complimentary breakfast was not given on the specified time, delaying our entire plan. Even the food wasn’t good. Room quality also bad, terrible service. The landline wasn’t even working, had to go to the reception for everything.

We went on our wedding anniversary and expected a little lot better experience . I want to rate 2 but rating 3 because of the owner. 1. We booked garden view but shown wall view and after an argument they upgraded to deluxe. 2. Food was ok ok but if there is no rush then option is very scarce for breakfast and dinner. (Lunch we had outside) 3. The worst experience is of swimming pool which has timings and unnecessary rules regulations (timing 8 am to 8 pm/cotton clothe not allowed, either you have to buy from them or bring your own nylon cloth). The guy who looks after swimming pool was very very very rude. 4. There are monkeys and when we were having tea and snacks in balcony they took the bowl and chips.

very good resort with excellent facilities and interior.The resort feel like you are inside of a 5 star nature resort.I highly recommend to come again be with family or friends

The ambience of the hotel was good but the bed was similar to a rock! cleaning was also not done voluntarily. Spa services closed by 6 pm. The can improve in these areas!

Location was good. sevice was pathetic. food was average. no land phone in cottage. some of the basic things like shower towels, bucket not provided.

Location was good but maintenance and food quality was poor. No land phone in cottage and room was smelling as if it opened after long time. Accept location and greenery inside everything was poor.
