staffs went out their way to help and accomodate us. traveling with baby is difficult but staffs made it a bit easier. thank you :)

I don’t quite understand the hype surrounding this hotel. Apart from its scenic view and peaceful ambiance, there’s not much else to say about it. The breakfast was ordinary, and you’ll have to pay extra for a cappuccino, while black coffee is the only one that’s free. The TV is also quite small. I’m not planning to return here.

Hotel’s ambience is relaxing. Ocean is at the hotel’s backyard with huge greeneries, coconut trees, and simply beautiful.  Breakfast spread is not bad, the taste is so so. Swimming pool is infinity style and quite big. There is also gym in the hotel.  Room is small, bed is only 100 x 200 for twin. Separate toilet and shower room which size is in the smallish end. Balcony is quite big so you could sit down and enjoy reading. If you want to go with family, book enough room as there is no extra bed except in suites (sofa bed style).  As it is near the ocean, it could be windy.  You need car/transport to go around as it is not exactly in the city centre.  Good place to relax if you happen to be in East Java.

剛預訂酒店半小時協商修改不同意，差評！ 房間的床很小，衹有0.9米，差不多類似我們推拿床，而且酒店比較偏，被關裡面出行不方便，餐廳的正餐超級難吃，早餐東西非常少，差評！

Kami menginap dalam rangka short-term Holiday, niat banget cari hotel untuk staycation sampai ke ujung pulau Jawa. Karena kami lihat di media sosial hotel ini worth it, dan ternyata memang se-worth it itu. Mulai dari masuk ke lobby dan kami sudah excited dengan pemandangan pantai yg langsung tersaji di hadapan kami. Kolam renang langsung menghadap ke laut dan di seberangnya pulau Bali!. Kamar bersih, ac dingin, welcome drink, pelayanan staf ramah terutama staf restorannya ramahh (saya lupa nama mba di restoran yg sangat ramah menyambut kami). Suasana hotel luar biasa di siang hari apalagi malamnya. Kami menikmati makan malam pinggir pantai dengan lampu-lampu taman dan lampu pulau seberang. Kami sangat menikmati staycation di sini. Insyaallah next time Will be here again.

This is my first time staying in Dialoog hotel. The view is so amazing.. you will love it.. Most of the staffs are humble and caring. In general I enjoy staying in Dialoog. I recommend adding more variety food to the breakfast menu.
