Hotel is far off from kaziranga national park. Mm t fare is approx 20% higher than hotel actual fare

The location was very much far from the central zone of the kaziranga national park and in very much interiors and congested locations, where the car could not be taken easily. The description is wrong from the hotel which states that it is just 5 mins away from the eastern zone. The hotel was very badly maintained with zero hygiene and very poor surroundings. Basic amenities like regular flow of water and electricity were also not available. The restaurant was very unhygienic and smelly with unresponsive staff and bad quality food with minimal options. Overall a terrible experience!

Behavior of all staff was great, food was awesome , but the room service they have to improve. they should look out the cleanness of room & the geyser not working properly

One of the most third class hotel we have ever visited. They are charging rs 450 for non veg buffet and rs 350 for veg buffet but the variety of foods is just not matching with the rates also you will not get extra fish also. If you asked for extra they will tell you it’s exhausted. So please avoid this terrible hotel. You will find one lady at the reception who used to quarrel with every guest.
