We really enjoy this 訂房網站 @ avenue bangi hotel. Room and beds so big. The staff was bery friendly. Near to bangi wonderland water prk. Everything good. Recommended to stay .

AT around 3pm stmg sudennly a man come in my room . luckly it was't when i take bath when he come in. After i ask why come in and he just answer me he got the master key room , and i also dont know why he suddenly come in. When i go down ask reseption and say maybe is a room sevice . i dont know what exactly it is .

Bad attitude reception customer service! Requested room with window but was given with walls instead! Noisy aircond. Late housekeeping. Came when Only when Requested. No hot water. TV remote not working on 1st day. Night shift staff much friendly and helpful. Not recommend for those who can't climb stairs. Overall staff are good except the front office reception. Should go for customer service training.

Couldnt get refund 🥴 since i changed place to get nearer ets station so beware of booking this hotel dont be too early
