如 Very poor accommodation experience. The service was extremely disappointing and the management was unresponsive. When I encountered an issue, I called the provided phone number multiple times but no one answered. After finally getting in touch with a staff member, I still had to wait for more than an hour before receiving any assistance. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when guests need urgent support. The lack of responsiveness and poor customer service greatly affected my stay. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone who values reliable service and a comfortable experience.
