The door of the room has a little bit of damage as it couldn't open properly, so I need to open strongly (got a little bit stuck on it) The hanger for the shower is broken, the shower can't hang on there. The cleanliness is normal but the service of the front desk is good and polite👍🏻

“This is my second times stay here and I’m very satisfied. The room I got this time was very comfortable. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and always helpful with a warm smile. I’ll definitely come back and stay here again.”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room was not clean, the air conditioner was not working, and the bed was in very poor condition. I would not recommend this place to others unless major improvements are made.

All okay. Cuma air cond bagi yang tak boleh guna. Nasib baik ada phone boleh guna untuk remote aircond. Gambo tak berkenaan. Cuma kena perlu banyak fasilit kain lap kaki.
