Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. Room is great, has everything you need and it spacious. Little snacks in room and 10pm to 12am mightnight snacks delivered to room are much appreciated. Location is excellent, 10min walk to drum tower night market, imperial street and longting scenic area. Only thing that needs to be improved is laundry services for tourists / foreigners = washing machine / dryer is in Chinese and self service. Was a drama getting some clothes washed / dried as each staff would tell you different things. As a tourist, our priority is sightseeing and we hope the hotel would assist with stuff like laundry to make our stay more pleasant and stress-free.

房間佈局合理，空間可以，放下兩個28寸行李箱都綽綽有餘。空調調最小風，比較安靜。但淋浴水偏小。 沒啥服務可言，到達當日沒有人出來引導或者幫忙卸行李，前台一直坐著，路過基本看不到人。 早餐非常差了，幾乎沒有葷菜，唯一的葷腥是雞米花和小餛飩，其他全素，連肉腸都沒有看到。餐廳沒有咖啡，詢問後得知要去前台，一看是個濾壺咖啡，味道淡得根本喝不出咖啡味，也不提供牛奶和糖包，餐廳裡的牛奶是沖泡的，更淡。 停車還算方便，內院的停車場，挺大的。但充電樁和垃圾桶緊挨在一起，早上看到垃圾車來裝垃圾，貼著我們在充電的車停靠，感受很差。 地理位置挺好的，在老城區，去幾個景點都算方便，但容易堵車，周邊飯店不少。

這次入住特別滿意，到了前台，小何接待的我們，熱情，知道沒吃晚飯，特別給我們安排了夜宵麵，感受到了到家的溫暖，房間乾淨，位置距離開封府，清明上河園景點，還有開封站都不遠，早餐自助餐豐盛，房間還提供了小食品，牛奶，這邊旅遊特別滿意，再次好像小何服務員安排的特別滿意！下次旅遊還定這家賓館！

酒店位置特別好，旁邊就是第一樓。房間很乾凈，而且除了基本的洗漱用品，還有潤膚乳。晚上有睡前奶，22點以後還能點宵夜（不要錢）。定的是含早餐的，早餐選擇比較多。關鍵這邊打掃阿姨真的很好，因為帶著閨女，房間是三人，所以打掃阿姨每天都會多給一條浴巾，一雙拖鞋和牙刷。絕對是做到以人為本。下次如果來，還要住這家。
