Amazing hotel for 3 star hotel. We loved the ambience and cozy feeling. Rooms were huge and clean. Beautifully designed. Beds were so comfortable to sleep on. Love the fact disposable slippers, toothbrush, shampoo and bath soap. Mineral bottles and be refilled. Staffs were so kind and helpful. Location is so perfect as dobi, shops, restaurants and hawker food. Definitely would love to return and highly recommend.

一、整體入住體驗 本次入住整體體驗一般，房間無異味，除床品外的區域整體保持乾淨。 二、床品清潔問題 床單疑似未更換，表面能明顯看到殘留毛髮，清潔度堪憂；床單、被套、枕頭套均出現發黃情況，懷疑長期未徹底清洗或更換；毛巾浴巾發黑。 三、基礎服務與配套缺失 客房內未配備拖鞋這類基礎用品，日常入住使用十分不便；入住後全程無任何客房服務，無人進行房間打掃、垃圾傾倒，服務完全缺席；茶包、瓶裝水等一次性消耗品用完後，無工作人員及時補充，細節服務缺失。但客房門外有一部飲水機，沒補給瓶裝水，可在那裡裝。 四、房間很新，洗手間很乾凈。 申請提前入住，酒店要求額外付款50馬幣費用。

Nice spacious room with strong aircon. Wifi connection is ok. Room is very clean. Toothbrush kits are provided. There's a laundry mart beside the lobby. The eateries & a minimart are within walking distance, about 3-5 min walk.

The location is good and it is easy to walk to many restaurants. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Love the room. Separate bathroom and toilet make it super hygienic and convenient. Plus point to have to sink. Bed is super comfy and spacious as well. Will definitely come back for my second stay

Second time stayed here. Good location after visited singapore, stayed a night before heading back to KL. The hotel space very good for 3 persons .

The hotel was located in a very isolated area. 1'st the receptionist seems lost about the check-in procedure, which took some time. In addition, she doesn't seem to be familar with the hotel surroundings when asked about the food in the area. Last but not least, there is no mini fridge and phone to call the reception in the room. Do take note that the deposit of RM$50 is required during check-in as well.
