這次朋友出遊選擇這公寓，整體體驗非常好，地理位置絕佳，步行到ksl 商場2分鐘，房間非常乾淨整齊，床墊和枕頭非常舒服，衞生間乾濕分離做的很好，水壓充足。游泳池很大。強力推薦給來旅遊的朋友，我們下次一定再次選擇這裡。

The room is very spacious and clean. Conveniently located beside KSL City mall. During our 1-day stay, we notice a water leak in the kitchen sink. The floor level walkway is abit dim lighted. Need to take note. The passenger lifts gets busy during evning time and can cause some delay. Need to take note.

Had some issues with the door lock initially but they were prompt with their responses and recovery so props to them. The bath towel had some musty smell on them but thank goodness there is a washing machine provided to wash them ourselves, so that can be improved. Overall quiet and good location.

Crew service and responds are promptly. Unit is clean and spacious, perfect for big group stay. Big living area with 5 seater big sofa set, comfort for TV/Netflix entertainment. View at balcony is nice. Ease access to mall.

It’s conveniently located for those who like to go to KSL to shop. The instructions (over WhatsApp) to collect the card access key from the mailbox and to unlock the main door were easy to follow. The service staff is very prompt and cordial in their response over WhatsApp. Appreciate their advice to avoid taking the lift between 1030am-3pm as the wait is long but for those who are travelling out during those time, be prepared to wait especially if you’re staying at a high floor. The corridor leading to our unit is unclean and rubbish wasn’t cleared for 2 days. Our level 25 unit is simple and cozy for 6 pax. It is generally clean and has the basic amenities.
