Encounter a stain bath towel and the hotel staff infd no ice after kitchen hrs is ridiculous for a full service hotel. what’s the point in staying at a full service hotel if they cannot provide you 24hrs services. Most likely is just staff lazy to provide the services

Pretty standard room and clean and tidy. Heard there's free shuttle bus from the hotel to midvalley mall every hour(upon booking) but I didn't get to try. The only down side is the toilet floor can be a little slippery but all is good! Will book again!

Checking in and out of the hotel was a breeze. Front desk staff is v friendly and fast. Room is also clean and bed is huge. Hotel also came with free parking . Mid valley is also a 5mins walk across the street.

i think this is my fav hotel in jb. returned so many times. the rooms are average but the new pool extension is nice even though didn’t get the chance to swim. breakfast hands down the best in jb, stayed at multiple properties but here is the best! the taste, presentation and quality is so good!

The hotel is clean. The receptionist is polite and nice. The room is clean and spacious. The only thing is the toilet the shower os only one and located at the top of the ceiling. If you just want to wash your feet you need to wet your whole body. Hopefully can improve the toilet and shower.

Absolutely loved my stay here! I extended for an extra day because it was so convenient moving around from here! Parking was also cheap and very safe! Thanks for the pleasant stay :) There were restaurants nearby for late night supper sessions too!

Hotel locations is opposite southkey midvalley. Around the hotel there is also eateries. Is right at the city centre. Good breakfast but room rather small. There is only 1 rain shower so if u bring baby it will not be easy to bathe them . Overall I'm ok with hotel stay.
