Basic but pleasant. Dont expect the ritz. But for a quick getaway it’s perfect. Large and spacious room. Longan red date tea packets and coffee packets in the room. No toothbrush n toothpaste but u can ask and they will give u. One pillow per person on the beds but we asked and they gave us extra pillows for all three of us. Service staff very friendly and very helpful. Even tho the hotel is old and some areas had musty smell, the towels and pillows smelled fresh and clean.

This is my second time staying at this hotel due to its location which is near City Square shopping mall and immigration checkpoint. The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The hotel room includes free toiletries, bedroom slippers, mini bar fridge, kettle and beverage. Due to its good location and the price, I will stay at this hotel again when I'm in JB.

โรงแรมตั้งในทำเลดี ใกล้ JB Sentral เดินไปได้ประมาณ 10 นาที (กลางว้นสามารถเดินผ่านทะลุทางห้างหน้า รร.ได้) ข้าง รร.มี street food เดินไปอีกหน่อยจะเจอถนนคนเดิน ภายในห้องสะอาด พัก 3 คน นอนได้พอดี ห้องไม่กว้างมาก ได้ห้องแบบ connection room ผนังบาง ข้างห้องคุยเสียงดังแทบไม่ได้นอน ถ้าเปิดทีวีเสียงดังข้างห้องก็ได้ยินเช่นกัน ในห้องมีเตารีดให้ อันนี้ชอบมาก

Citrus Hotel is well located in JB centre. Many food outlets, shopping malls are within 10 min walk from the hotel. The room we stayed in was clean but had no window. Even with all lights turned on, it was a little dim. No major complaints for the price we paid.

Location was really near to jbcc, a few minutes walk. Below hotel, there's burger ramly store to cure your night cravings. I had booked a room with 2 single beds but they gave a room with a King bed. Room was clean. However, the chair in my room had one of the leg broken. But they tried to fix it by drilling the screw in so it will stabilise. Stayed for a night, it was cheap so it's okay.

房間非常小，電梯空間也小，最多站4個人。床單本應是白色但看著是淡黃色的，浴巾有點舊看著乾淨程度可以，但考慮床單的衞生問題對此不放心擔心沒消毒沒敢用。房間沙發是瘸腿的，沒提前發現，所以直接無預期得坐地下了。衞生間除了一塊香皂備品什麼都沒有，房間內也沒紙巾。 前台服務很好，很熱情，英文流利，投訴房間沙發後也表示歉意。 我訂的房間沒窗，和高級大床房圖片不符，不確定是不是我訂房時選錯了。不過沒投訴，因為就短暫一晚，也不想看什麼風景。

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. It offers an excellent price-quality ratio. It is in close proximity from KL Sentral (you can walk, but make sure you take the right exit not to cross the busy roads there). The frontdesk staff was courteous and professional, checkin was a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, very silent, and I slept like a baby. I did not try the breakfast though. So I will happily return here!

這個價格符合預期，房間比較舊。主要是離新山關口非常近，非常方便！如果各位覺得新加坡住宿貴的話，不妨嘗試一下住在馬來西亞的新山，相同類型的房間，新山的價格是新加坡的1/3。
