Overall experience was good. Quiet ambience. A very convenient location as we took a direct bus from Boon Lay to Aeon Mall and the hotel was just a 5 mins walk. Besides Aeon Mall, there also various eateries within walking distance. Our family would definitely consider staying at this hotel in the future.

Convenient location to Aeon Mall & Green Oasis massage place. Front desk staff responded immediately to get technician in checking hot water for shower. Shower head needs to be changed. Overall a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Granada Hotel Johor. The location is excellent – right in Bukit Indah, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step in. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, perfect for both leisure and business stays. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. I also appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and amenities provided.

We had a great stay at Hotel Granada Bukit Indah! It’s super convenient—just a short walk to AEON Mall and close to plenty of cafes, shops, and even Sutera Mall is just a short drive away. We stayed in Room 918, which had a lovely view and was spacious and clean. We really appreciated that the room wasn’t carpeted—it feels fresher and is actually our preference too. Service was prompt and friendly; we requested an extra pair of slippers and they brought it up quickly without fuss. The buffet breakfast was decent, with a good enough variety to start the day. All in all, a solid stay for the price and location—would definitely return.

Fantastic location, just across the road from Aeon Bukit Indah. Many other eateries and spas in the same area as well. A decent stay. Big room and generally clean. Stayed in rooms 719 and 720. 719 was a corner room so felt a little bigger. However, had to let the water run for a while before there was hot water. TV was also a little small for the room size. As the hotel was beside a main road, window sound proofing should have been done better. Could hear the sound of vehicles while trying to sleep at night. Pillows were also on the soft side. Amenities in the hotel includes a (clean) Javanese massage spa. The pool (under maintenance) and gym was really small. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was nothing to rave about. Better off eating in the numerous eateries in the area.

Best location if you want to be in the Bukit Indah area. Located exactly opposite the Aeon mall, you just need to walk across the pedestrian crossing. McDonald's is beside the hotel, burger king is opposite. There are plenty of eateries around the hotel within 2-5 minutes walk. The hotel is dated, with a very basic room, although they have swimming pool & gym. It is not your holiday resort kind of hotel.
