心情酒店 (Mood Hotel)

房間很小，好處是地點很好。房間有牙刷和簡單的洗漱用品。一大缺點是房間到晚上睡覺的時候會很清楚的聽到外面空調的聲了。非常影響睡眠。 酒店樓下有很多吃的。和樂屋、天王巨星、本宮的茶、板凳麵、火鍋、韓國燒烤、西餐披薩、台灣餐…什麼都有。 這次我們吃了神奇的魚，類似中國雲南火鍋。

Convenient location with comfort room to rest

Disappointed. Last night 21:00pm Book wrong date purpose is want book today 15/7 but wrong press select yesterday date 14/7 request hotel assist help to exchange date . Hotel rejected . This is my first times and last times .

Stayed for two nights in upgraded King Executive Room. As we want to keep our belongings safe, we didn't ask for any room services and also rejected room cleaning. We know it's a 3 star hotel, but didn't expect zero services. Guests looking for a place to stay, BEWARE - you have to be self sufficient to stay in this hotel. On the day of checking out, we asked for a single toilet roll and was rejected many times - and I quote "Today you are checking out, we are not going to provide you any more services." We tried to reason and say we didn't ask services and had no replenishment of toilet roll (only 1 in room) since day 1. Receptionist just outright rejected us. What a joke of a hotel. All we asked for is a roll of toilet paper as we need to use the toilet before we check out. Note to Mood Hotel Management: Your receptionist was playing game/watching video and ignored us calling for her. Only after the 3rd call, she looked up with an annoyed face. You might want to check if she is suitable for this job. Also, when I asked for my luggage to be kept in the hotel for safekeeping, the receptionist pointed impatiently at the corner, "just put there will do". Not moving an inch, eyes still looking at her phone and can't wait to end the conversation. Nothing was done to the luggage to be safe kept, it was left there for hours, anyone could have taken it.

The hotel location is convenient. The family room i booked, the 3 electrical plugs in the room only 1 can be used, but the service staff was very effective after consulting her supervisor, she immediate help us to change the another room that all the electrical is working.

Place is very convenient and accessible. Will recommend!!

Recommend to stay here. Good location and there is security guard at the front door at night. Feel safe to park in front of the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay

Strategically located in the heart of Sutera mall district. Wide choice of food to choose from the restaurants in the area. Room issued was as requested away from the lift, spacious and in quiet setting. A Security officer is posted at the front of the Hotel in the evening providing us a peace of mind. The hotel is well located in a vibrant area of bar and restaurant. The downside is the restaurant toilet is showing cracks. The bed was also too hard. Which made the stay rather uncomfortable.
