Nice hotel for a quiet getaway from busy city life of Singapore. The only down side is that shopping malls and supermarkets are quite a ride away for ppl enjoy shopping.

Just 10 mins drive from Tuas Checkpoint. Did not have high expectations but was utterly disappointed when we got 3 rooms on very far away from each other and on different building despite booking all 3 rooms under same reservations. After much arguments with the staff only then was given a room on the same room but had to downgrade with no refund! Poorly managed . But room is ok great view, furnitures were very old with wear and tears and tap water felt that it has chlorine smell

Came here to celebrate our 5th anniversary. We request the hotel to decorate our room with addition a slice of cake. I cant believe they really did that. Its just that they wrongly written supposely happy anniversary but thats not a big deal. Thank you so much to the team. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. The view are really mesmerizing. Definetely will come here again!

訂這個酒店的時候當地同事是不建議我這麼做的，因為説是附近實在沒有任何商業，想吃個飯都難。事實的確如此，周邊衹有兩家餐廳，一個超市，要出門去最近的商業區都是打車15分鐘起。酒店設施看著非常豪華，但服務跟衞生完全不匹配。主要問題有： 1。酒店其實是沒有自己洗衣服務的，問前台，前台建議是自己走2公里去一個self laundry bar解決。如果硬要酒店洗，也行，但是會後天送回來，而不是隔天。我還是第一次聽説有這樣的洗衣規則。另外這個洗衣並不是他們酒店的服務，於是在最終的水單上也不予體現，需要他們額外打印（還不是現場給你，要加whatsapp） 2。酒店的衞生狀況堪憂，我估摸著是客人不多，於是客房服務也質量下滑。浴缸裡放出的頭幾十秒的水是黃色的，明顯很久沒人用過；廁所的臟毛巾收走但不補新的；也有一天甚至用過的浴巾沒收走；浴室洗手枱有明顯滴下的牙膏沒擦；毛巾上有明顯汙漬，沒洗乾淨；沐浴露沒了不知道補。 3。設施陳舊，維護性太差。這個酒店上房間需要兩張卡，第一張開電梯，第二張開門，也是第一次遇見；不論是電梯卡還是房間卡的消磁速度驚人，基本每兩天需要去前台重新錄入訊息；入住的四天內，客房內電話從來都是不能用的。出了酒店，像個鬼城一樣稀稀拉拉的衹能看見幾個活人，人數量估計都沒有烏鴉多。果然，本地人都不推薦是有道理的。

Love the hotel, nice view and room is clean and big. Location is not the best, but it is good for family bonding. Got mosquito bites when I was sitting at the balcony. Food wise needs to improve. Breakfast selections are good, however didnt taste that good. Overall, I will revisit just for the room stay.

很好，房間是國內常見的度假酒店那種帶陽台的大房間，陽台上種植有花草，估計是學的新加坡的金沙酒店。新加坡的好幾家酒店都有花草，這種的看起來漂亮，也可以遮擋陽光，但也容易招蚊蟲。酒店有兩個泳池，沙灘隔柔佛海峽對著新加坡的西北角，海水質量一般。周圍環境挺好，還有好幾家中餐館。付款寶內置的Grab境外打車，從新山機場到酒店50分鐘129元人民幣。早餐還行。

在這個酒店住了十幾天，環境非常漂亮，生活也很便利，步行可達中餐廳、2家中超、2家KK、海邊沙灘、水上樂園、交通樞紐（可前往新加坡和市區）等等。早餐非常符合中國人的口味，每天都會變換菜式，也有很多印度菜和馬來菜可以品嚐，服務員對小朋友們也非常友好和熱情。豪華房不錯，套房更好，這次不僅看到了日出東方和絕美夕陽，還看到了海上生明月和雨後彩虹，體驗感滿分💯！中途有些小插曲，酒店的劉洋經理也很有誠意的解決了，服務態度非常棒。

We took the package. I was satisfied with lunch/dinner choice. Your lunch set was really delicious. For dinner, need some improvement. But for breakfast, amazing. The hotel does not have a pool for kids. Both pools are for bigger kids. Pool not toddler friendly. The room is really spacious, the bed is really big for a family of 4. The room amenities are perfect ! Love the separate bath tub and shower ! Im so glad that I chose to stay at this hotel. Though it’s quite far to go to Legoland. Worth the ringgit cause I got a good deal.

這次旅行入住這家酒店，體驗超棒！前台工作人員熱情又專業，辦理入住迅速，房間設施齊全，服務更是沒得説，從進門的行李幫忙，到入住期間的各種需求，都能及時響應，太貼心啦！房間空間寬敞，採光極佳，視野超讚。衞生打掃得一塵不染，毛巾、浴巾都很柔軟。酒店健身房器材新，泳池水質乾淨。

房間是蠻大的，可以看到海景，但是衞生間的水管壞了一直漏水，有些插頭沒電，還有牆壁老是發出莫名其妙的聲音，入住的人也比較少，很空曠。但是早餐不錯。
