This wasn't my first stay in this hotel. Repeated stay with my husband, the first was with my daughter.
Staff at the Check-in Counter, Mr Syamsul (I hope I get his name right) was friendly. The female Manager (I can't remember her name), approached us on our 2nd day of breakfast and asked if we were satisfied with the food & if our room was clean.
One of the housekeeping staff (sorry I didn't get his name), even wrote us a note wishing us a good stay in the hotel (my hubby tipped him because I requested for an extra box of tissue ) . That note itself made me happy. I will definitely stay here for my future 訂房網站.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good facilities like a gym and swimming pool. Location is superb and the front desk staff are helpful.
However, the service standard is really let down by the lack of promptness. Calls to reception often don’t get through, and room service requests can take 45 minutes or may not even be fulfilled. Such delays make the overall stay feel less enjoyable, which is a pity given how good the rest of the hotel is.

The location of this place is great, right downstairs is city sq and KOMTAR JBCC. Great for shopping and food. Walking distance from CIQ. But unfortunately the hotel is really lack of staff. At around midnight I called the hotel to ask for ask, no matter the room service, f&b, front desk etc. No one pick up. I ended up giving up on the ice.
The staff was really lack of training.
At about 7 plus 8 in the morning, someone came knocking on my door. I open and the bell boy wanted to pick up my luggage. It would be great if he is at the right room, unfortunately he very blur too a while for me to let him understand I’m not checking out yet.
After that I try to go back to sleep, I couldn’t. I tried to make tea, kettle rusty. I called room service, no one pick up, after a few tries finally someone pick up and said they will change the kettle for me. I waited for more than 30 mins no one came. I give up and go back to sleep, when I finally fall asleep. Someone knock on the door again. I open, he sends me water. He insisted I called room service for water. I told him no I ask for a change in kettle. He say he can’t help. He went around and get a guy from the next room a housekeepers. He say he can’t attend to me. I told the housekeeper I need a change in kettle, it’s rusty. He didn’t understand he took my kettle came back 5 mins with another kettle which is also rusty. By now, I’m too tired to ask for another kettle.
The whole experience in this hotel is terrible.
1 thing is really great about this place. The pillow is really really really comfortable though. Would be great if they can sell the pillow.
Have stayed here before, however this round was a little disappointing as we found ants crawling on table and also on wall ledge. PARSLEY body wash provided - not everyone’s favourite so not sure why they chose this. Very empty gym which is 24 hours so a plus point.

The hotel location is convenient. There are a few exits and generally not difficult to find grab at the exits. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast range is fine (plain prata is quite nice).
I rated amenities low as the lift design is not good. There are only 3 lifts that operate between 8th to 33rd floors. It is okay when all 3 lifts are operating. For my 3D2N stay, there was almost one full day where one or two out of 3 lifts were down which led to super long wait for the lift at peak hour like breakfast time. Do think they need to relook into the lift.
