Firstly, got a room with thr door lock not functioning 360 degrees turntable, 訂房網站.com shows 1 other room available but staff don't bother to take a look at our lock and claims no other room to change to. Secondly, the lift is under maintenance. Thus, they open the back door to be accessible but anyone can enter the hotel and all level stairs door is opened which means anyone can go to your room level which brings to the lock issue, unsafe to stay. Reached for roughly 10mins, asked to be checked out and we booked other hotel. Cancel by 訂房網站.com platform, though nonrefundable but hotel rejected it, even though check in for 10mins only. Lastly, I believe the issues is on going but they don't bother to remind us or take down the slot from app platforms. First and last time. Worst hotel experience by far. Utterly disappointed.

Bilik yang sangat selesa cuma siaran tv tiada liputan. Kedai makan pun dekat dengan hotel. Parking kereta berbayar bawah Majlis Pembandaran Johor Baru bayar dekat situ cuma nak bayar kena guna Apps MPJB. Kalau tak susah nak bayar parking.

It’s a basic hotel, a little old but clean. Provides toothbrush hairdryer and even a safe! Parking seems to be free in the front of the hotel entrance so that’s great too.

Booked last minute. Just for a night stay. Front desk receptionist was very polite. Good service. Though the room is small, they provide toothbrush , mineral water, 3-1 coffee, kettle. It is considered very good with such a low price. Compare book via apartment or flat BnB, though the house is big, no water and toothbrush. Will come again. There is coin laundry and dryer
