2024年1月1日起，外籍遊客需要提前3天填報Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC)。
禁止攜帶榴槤、山竹進入飯店。
嚴禁外帶食品和飲料以及自行安排燒烤。如果發現外面提供的餐飲和自己的燒烤安排，將收取清潔費。
如果入住的別墅擁有超過 4 輛汽車，額外的汽車必須停放在會所主停車場。別墅或平房的住戶將由我們公司的車輛運送到單位。
別墅內同一時間只允許停放 4 輛或更少的汽車。
所有登記的乘客都將獲得居民通行證，車輛也將獲得車輛通行證，該通行證必須顯示在汽車擋風玻璃上，以便保安崗亭進行驗證。
大聲的音樂娛樂和活動（如有）必須在晚上 11 點之前結束
每棟別墅同時最多允許 10 名訪客入住。所有登記的訪客都將獲得訪客通行證，必須根據要求向保安人員出示。
嚴禁自行安排任何團隊建設活動。
出於安全考慮，所有訪客必須在晚上 11 點之前離開場所。

We're really happy staying here. The staff very helpful. Five star for them. The room very convenient feel like home. Clean. But, the lift a bit scary. Please maintain. I would love to stay again, but Pasir Gudang seems has no tourist attraction.

The villa was clean and big. They also upgraded us for free from 3 bedroom to 4 bedroom because we had elderly person as 3 bedroom villa had the room on the second floor. Its nicw if you have family gatherings.

Banyak kali repeat stay disini. Semuanya berpuas hati terutama receiptionist yang mesra dan terasa very welcoming. Check in juga sangat pantas as they already expecting my arrival and already prepared all the things. Location dekat dengan restaurant yang sedap2 di pasir putih. Bilik bersih dan puas hati. Anak anak enjoyed the swimming pool.

Amenities, cleanliness & service is tip top. Excellent. Spacious room. But the only things is the Hotel location is not suitable. It is in the Industrial area. The Hotel needs some refurbishment as its looks a bit old.
