環鏡比較偏,吃東西不方便,如果家庭出遊不建議來,只是睡覺就勉強,裡面洗臉盆都堵,櫃台服務不錯,整體就是一個字,麻麻糊糊

Customer service is very slow and not responsive. Requested for a baby cot but need to keep asking the reception for it. The mini fridge cabinet can't be close, always open.

Hotel location wasn’t so bad. But the amenities was not good there was no towels and they only had toilet paper no tissue. Well the view was good and staff was friendly.

Sorry to say, but this hotel really isn't worth a 4-star rating. The decor is outdated, the facilities are average and the pillows are so hard that it's very uncomfortable to sleep. Even the hairdryer is the most basic type with very weak airflow.

Place was abit creepy, unable to sleep well here due to loud bang at night multiple time at 1-3am Heard furniture movement above as well which disrupted my sleep…

Kli ke2 mnginap di sini..check in cpat tp staf permpuan di kaunter tidak mesra pelanggan..mlam pertama tidak blh tidur lena kerana bantal yg keras..minta tukar dan di berikan bantal bru yg lembut..adik cleaner yg sngat baik membantu mengemaskan bilik dengan cepat.bilik selesa ..mungkin toilet bidet kurang selesa..untuk saya

Had a horrendous experience during my stay at Millesime Hotel, and I feel compelled to share it in hopes of sparing others the same frustration. Right from the beginning, the check-in process was a disaster. I arrived at the front desk only to be kept waiting for nearly 30–45 minutes while the staff member, Hazira, was sorting out the check-in for the guest ahead of me. What made it worse was the complete lack of communication — no offer to take a seat, no explanation of the delay. Just silence. With my car still parked in front of the lobby and traffic building up behind me, I had no choice but to interrupt and ask how much longer it would take. Hazira responded with a visibly arrogant attitude, finally completed the process for the guest before me, and then walked over to attend to me. I even apologized for interrupting, hoping to ease the tension, but she continued to show an unwelcoming and dismissive attitude. Instead of handling my check-in professionally, she passed me off to a colleague without a word. Unfortunately, the room experience was just as disappointing. The television in the room didn’t work, and it took the hotel staff more than an hour to resolve the issue. As if that wasn’t enough, water started dripping from the ceiling on the last day of my stay — a serious maintenance concern that speaks volumes about the hotel’s upkeep. Overall, this stay was far below acceptable standards. From poor customer service to unresolved room issues, I can confidently say I will not be returning to Millesime Hotel, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

Room was huge, very basic, smells old and moldy. I asked specifically for timing of breakfast so they said from 6:30 am-10:00 am and my husband came down by 9:00 am but food was so little to nothing and no choices except for little fried rice and noodle. So end up we didn’t eat breakfast at all. I’ve asked also for late checkout but they were so inflexible and hotel is not even busy.
