Room was clean. Easy to check in and out. Towels were a bit old. One of the beds was very old and had sunken in the middle. Aircon will suddenly turned warm in the middle of the night. Other amenities were ok. Extra trash bags, toilet paper were available in the cupboards. The lifts were a tad too long to wait.

The lobby was elegant and the staff were attentive and professional. Unfortunately, the experience was affected by very noisy neighbors next door, which made it hard to rest.
