The customer service was bad. Didnt even want to help. We ask comforter they scold us back. The comforter even got stain. We ask for sponge to wash the plate also take own suit time. They even come in with their slippers to check. No manners at all. Toilet also smelly. Everythng was really bad.

I like the most of hotel.just the tv isn't function. Pls fix it. The pools also nice.

Very old hotel with many old furniture. Sofa is ok but the chairs very shaky and I dare not sit on it. Bed is quite small. It’s queen size only. The bathroom lights are very dim and it’s quite scary to bath late at night. Also the aircon in the hall is not cold. It’s very grand decor inside but run down because it’s so old. The door of the room cannot be closed or locked also. The location is terrible because it’s just beside a highway and there are no eateries or malls at all!

The overall experience were good. The location is strategic, close to the main town with nearby food stalls and mosque. The room are very clean, beds are super cozy. The only lacking is the water supply which were small volume

Booked 2 units of luxury suites for 01 to 03 May, room 204 and 205. Room 205 Tap water from the toilet sink was rusty dirty, browinsh in color. We had to purchase 2 big bottles of mineral water to use for brushing our teeth. Toilet stinks, poor ventilation. The water pressure from the shower head was very low. It feels like a drizzle instead of a proper shower. The pillowcase for the Queen size bed was dirty, with brownish stain (we had to inform the front desk staff to change the pillowcase and it was changed as requested). One of the towel was dirty, with brownish stain. Whole room was smelly, so bad that we had to get our own air freshner spray to get rid of the bad smell. Room 204 Room was smelly, toilet stinks, poor ventilation. Very bad experience and will never stay in Lace Boutique ever again.

Good place to stay and affordable price. Friendly staff and strategic location
