酒店距離海關很近，但是不在商圈內。邊上是工地，近在咫尺但是走過去卻有點艱難，沒有人行道，需要延著工地走，感覺有點危險。酒店本身設施還不錯，但是沒有華人服務，英文服務的水準有待提升。如果睡眠差的親們，周邊邊上是清真寺，一天多遍宗教廣播，每天都在日出左右，被叫醒。建議選擇其他酒店，是商圈內的。吃東西很方便。對了，海景房有點牽強？

整體體驗非常滿意。酒店位置便利，周邊餐飲和購物都很方便，出行也十分輕鬆。房間乾淨整潔，佈置溫馨，床鋪舒適，讓人可以很好地放鬆休息。工作人員服務態度親切，有問題都能及時協助解決，讓人感覺很貼心。整體來説，無論是環境還是服務都超出預期，是一次非常愉快的入住體驗，下次來新山還會選擇這裡。

位置好靠近車站，但是很塞車 叫grab回酒店 很多grab司機不接單或者取消單，也有接單了的司機在車上唉聲歎氣/話裡有話的讓我們在馬路旁下車😅 除此之外一切都好，酒店服務設施都很好，房間很大很明亮，有微波爐，冰箱，電子體重秤，早餐中規中矩（如果不在室內煎蛋會更好，會讓衣服頭髮沾上油煙味）

싱가포르 2성급 호텔 14만원 낮에 관리자 있음 저녁에 관리자 없음 긴급상황 대처 불가.... 말레이시아 5성급 호텔 14만원 관리자 밤, 낮 상주 긴급상황에 대처 가능... 깨끗하고 저렴하며 싱가포르와 말레이시아 이동이 쉽습니다. 정말 좋고 경치도 좋은곳입니다.

Stayed at Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru (Studio Deluxe King) and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious, clean, and modern — more like a serviced apartment than a hotel room. Loved the comfy king bed, big windows, Bathroom equipped with rain shower. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Location is super convenient, just a short walk to CIQ and shopping malls. Only downsides — I stayed in room facing construction. Overall, a comfy and stylish stay that feels premium without breaking the bank. Would definitely come back

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Perfect Stay at Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru. From the moment I checked in until the day I left, everything was flawless: • Check-in & Service: The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel welcome right away. • Room: Spacious, spotless, and modern – the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. • Amenities: Excellent facilities including the pool and gym, all well-maintained and perfect for unwinding. • Dining: The breakfast spread was fresh, varied, and delicious – plenty of options to start the day right. • Location: Super convenient, close to CIQ and shopping spots, which made getting around Johor Bahru very easy. Overall, it was a perfect stay with zero complaints. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Capri by Fraser JB to anyone visiting the area!
