1. Very rude, untrained & unhelpful front desk staff. 2. Unclean room & faulty amenity (faucet, TV, aircon, light switches.) General Comment: If you (訂房網站) wishes to maintain your reputation, I strongly suggest that you dissociate yourself from this hotel group.

At 1AM suddenly no electricity. Waiting almost 3hours & decided to check out. The hotel nver say sorry or mybe can considerate giving us discount by compesate us some from the total amount.

I have booking but my room given to someone else . They say all room full. Then they give us another room at another hotel. Problem solved. But still little bit unsatisfied.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. My bed was drench with water because the rooftop was leaking. Literally slept in rain water
